Very nicely done Thank You!

Whoa whoa whoa. First of all Goya Champuru is Okinawan its not a Japanese dish. Second Okinawa might be a part of Japan, but that is not by choice. Okinawan's aren't Japanese. There is too much stuff in the ingredients that aren't in Goya Champuru. There is no onions, pepper, miso, sugar, sake, soy sauce, tofu has to be Okinawan tofu and it is not but apart, but broken apart by hand. There is pork, but it has to be Spam. You don't use bonito flakes ,but you do use dashi. Make Goya Champuru like this recipe on this site and give to a person from Okinawa and they will laugh and say is this suppose to be Goya Champuru?
