Lower blood pressure with a hot pepper chicken recipe

Maintaining a health blood pressure level is a good health strategy. One way to do this is by eating healthy foods. Research has shown that foods with hot spices can reduce blood pressure levels. This video will take you through a recipe to prepare hot pepper chicken. The ingredients are boneless chicken, hot cayenne pepper, ground ginger, ground garlic, black pepper, liquid smoke, 10 cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic, habaneras peppers, jalapeños peppers, and fresh ginger it. To sweeten the recipe, you can use real or artificial sweetener (half a teaspoon). You'll need a skillet and a pot to get started. Fill the pot about 2-3 cups of water and boil it. Dice up ginger, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and cut 6-8 slices of the ginger. Also slice up the chicken into small pieces. Add the ginger to the boiling water. Add the sweetener to the water after about 10 minutes and let it simmer for 5 minutes, Pour off the sweetener/ginger mixture into a cup and set aside the slices of ginger. Place the chicken thighs into a bowel and add in the spices. You will need 2 teaspoons of the liquid smoke. Add in 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper. Let this marinade for about 30 minutes. Heat some oil in a skillet and then add the chicken to the pan. Move the chicken around in the pan to maintain and even heat to it. After about three minutes, add in the sliced items. Then in about 5 minutes add in the ginger syrup. Let this cook for 3 minutes for a delicious meal that also can help maintain a lower blood pressure.
