As soon as I know, it is not only the NERVES that are run up the arms and into the neck, but the entire muscle balance of your body that comes into play. Similar to what they talk about on this Carpal Tunnel Exercisessite. It talks about how over time, your muscles become imbalanced if you have posture problems. Instead of working together, they begin to work against each other because your spine is not properly aligned.
